The 128 acre Olathe Valley Ranch includes 85± acres of very productive tillable irrigated crop land and 43 acres of rolling hills, sub-irrigated areas and small streams. The property has been subdivided into 17 acre and 7 acre residential home sites featuring views of the San Juan Mountains, Grand Mesa and the Black Canyon National Park. The remaining 104 acres are held in a conservation easement by the Valley Land Conservancy. The easement allows for complete agricultural use and hunting as well as agricultural buildings though all residential use has been relinquished. Principal crops grown have been hay, corn and grain and winter livestock grazing.
