Joseph C. Burns
As a young boy, Joey grew up on a Hay farm in Arizona, where he worked with his family on Burns Brothers Farms. He later attended Olivet Nazarene University where he played football and graduated with a degree in business and communications. He returned to the family farm and married his childhood sweetheart Michelle. In 1994 they left their family and friends to start their new lives in western Colorado, where Joey began to sell ranch real estate.
As their lives began to change so did their family. Michelle blessed Joey with five children; Brayden, Brittany, Bryce, Landen and Luke, which they now homeschool. Joey progressed in the real estate community and became the proud owner of Lone Eagle Land Brokerage. His business continued to expand as Joey introduced a mapping and aerial photography company known as Land Information Systems.
As well as selling real estate Joey has had a call for missions. He has enjoyed leading philanthropic adventures to Nicaragua, Brazil, and Ecuador. Joey is also the chairman of the board for Samaritan Aviation.
Joey loves his work as a real estate broker, business owner, and Father, and it is his goal to treat his clients with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Bryan W. Walchle
Bryan was raised on a purebred cattle ranch, following in the legacy of four generations of Colorado ranching family. Working with his father on his ranch, the family big game outfitting business and then into ranch real estate sales, Bryan has continued his family’s traditions of outfitting, managing and selling ranches. He continues to enjoy the Colorado legacy with his wife Jennifer in raising the 5th generation in Western Colorado.
With over 16 years of ranch real estate experience, Bryan’s continued success in ranch sales stems from his authentic relationship with the western ranching lifestyle. His genuine enthusiasm, enjoyment in wildlife, hunting and agriculture is provided by his hands-on connection with livestock and the land. While his primary focus is selling ranches, Bryan also keeps active in managing ranches, transitional land development, his outfitting business, and habitat restoration projects. He additionally specializes in building one of a kind long range rifles and suppressors. He is a member of the Fifty Caliber Shooting Association, Realtors Land Institute and National Association of Realtors and he is licensed in Colorado as a Real Estate Broker, a Guide & Outfitter and a Federal Firearms Manufacture.
