Lone Eagle Land worked with us on our original land purchase and several add-on purchases of adjacent land.  When we were first looking for property, we were working with another broker in the area who showed us several properties.  None of which were acceptable to us and our needs.  When we met Mr. Burns, we described the property we would like and the first place he took us ended up being exactly what we wanted - a working ranch with irrigated ground and wild game, hunting and recreation capability. Over the following 10 years we used Mr. Burns to acquire several other pieces of ground that added to our ranch size and value; value for not only resale but value to us in using the ranch for our recreation.
